Established in 1877, the International College of Manitoba (ICM) offers pathway programs for international students aiming to pursue undergraduate degrees at the University of Manitoba. ICM provides Foundation (UTP Stage I) and International Year One (UTP Stage II) programs in disciplines such as Arts, Business, Engineering, Science, and more. Tuition fees for the International Year One program are approximately CAD 21,414 for 30 credits. ICM offers scholarships, including a CAD 2,000 entrance scholarship for new applicants who enroll in the 2025 or 2026 intake. Upon successful completion, students can transition directly into the second year of their chosen degree program at the University of Manitoba.
