The Master's Programme in Communication at the University of Gothenburg prepares you to tackle urgent global challenges shaped by increasing digitalization, globalization, and specialization. The program offers two areas of specialization. Digital communication examines the impact of digital technologies on communication, including how emerging practices challenge traditional ideas of authorship. It also explores how digital tools can be used to study communication, such as analyzing big data for sentiment analysis in online communities. Organizational communication focuses on communication strategies within and between organizations, including public relations and corporate communication.
