Welcome to the Master of Management, a program of study designed to benefit those interested in taking on leadership positions, either in Canada or abroad. The sixteen-month, course-based Master of Management program is situated within the School of Business at Trent University. It provides students with the skills they need to gain a competitive edge in the job market. International students must complete the program as a full-time student to be eligible for a work permit. Domestic students have the option to complete the program on a full-time or part-time basis. There are three streams within the Master of Management program: * Master of Management * Master of Management Strategic Change Management * Master of Management Health Care Management The program is 16-months in length, and is divided into four 4-month terms. Students take four courses in each of the first three terms, followed by a workplace internship in the fourth term.
