The BComm (Hons) Business Technology Management program equips students with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create business solutions using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Students build a foundation in core business areas such as marketing, operations, accounting, finance, human resources, and law. At the same time, they gain technical knowledge in ICT topics like systems analysis, ICT infrastructure, privacy, and security. In later years, students learn how to combine these skills to apply ICT strategically in business functions such as supply chain, sales, and customer relations. The program also focuses on project management and integrating technology into business processes. Students gain practical experience through case competitions, consulting projects with real clients, internships, and an optional Co-op program. With access to various minors, including marketing and accounting, graduates are prepared for careers in profit and nonprofit organizations, IT companies, telecommunications, and multimedia service providers.
