The curriculum is closely integrated with the Department of Computer Science and Media Technology and frontier research environments such as the Internet of Things and People (IoTaP) research centre and the Data Society Research Programme. Coursework provides comprehensive training across Programming for Data Science, Algorithms in Machine Learning, Big Data Processing and Distributed Architectures, Data Mining, Deep Learning, Data Visualisation and Ethics, and Cloud Computing.
