• Malaysian International Scholarship (MIS): International students from Bangladesh are eligible for this scholarship. It covers the entire cost of studies, including accommodation, tuition fees, and air tickets.
• Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Scholarships: This scholarship program supports international students with a complete fee waiver. Also, Bangladeshi students can study for two years free for a Master's degree and three years free for a PhD.

Top University Scholarships in Malaysia

• Monash University (120 words) Approved

Monash Malaysia offers six scholarship programs for international students, out of which one is mainly for females. 

1. Monash High Achiever Award (New Students). New domestic or international students who have completed 12 years of education (per Australian standard or equivalent) are eligible. The award amount is RM5,000 each semester. The application deadlines are as per the course application deadline.
2. Monash Pharmacy Excellence Scholarship. Domestic or international students who have completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy are eligible. The award amount is a 25% or 50% tuition fee waiver. The application deadline is 31st January every year. 
3. Outstanding Achiever Award (UEC). Domestic or international students who are fresh students and UEC graduates are eligible. The award is RM15,000 for one academic year (RM7,500 per semester).

University of Nottingham 

University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) is the foreign campus of England’s well-ranked University of Nottingham. University of Nottingham scholarships are multiple, but here are some of them:

1. High Achievers' Scholarship (New students): Domestic or international students who have completed 12 years of education (per their country’s standard) with excellent scores are eligible for a 15%, 20%, or 25% waiver in the first academic year’s tuition fees.
2. Dean's Excellence Scholarship (DES): Currently enrolled domestic or international students with the highest achieving score are eligible for a 25% waiver in one academic year’s tuition fees. 
3. Provost's Excellence Award: Top academic achieving and deserving undergraduate students are eligible for a fully funded scholarship covering all study expenses. The application deadline for international students is after paying the acceptance fees for an undergraduate program at UNM.

Universiti Putra Malaysia

Universiti Putra Malaysia has over sixteen types of financial assistance and scholarship programs for local and international students. Some of Universiti Putra Malaysia Scholarship are purely for international students, such as:

1. Graduate Research Assistantship (GRA): Local and international students with valid admission offers can apply online for a scholarship amount of RM 700 to RM 1,400. The application deadline is 31st August 2024.
2. International Graduate Student Scholarship (IGSS): International students holding a Master’s degree are eligible for a 30 to 50% waiver in tuition fees. You can submit applications online before 31st August 2024.
3. Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships: International students from Bangladesh are eligible for this fully-funded scholarship, which covers entire study expenses. The last date to apply is 10th January 2024.

Asia Pacific University Scholarships 

Asia Pacific University is one of Asia’s renowned universities with an international campus in Malaysia. APU Malaysia offers three scholarship programs, out of which two scholarship grants are for international students. Asia Pacific University Scholarships are as follows:

1. APU Masters Degree Scholarship & Merit Awards: International students holding a Bachelor’s degree or transcript are eligible to get 10%, 20%, and 30% waived off on their tuition fees depending on their CGPA. The deadline to apply is 22nd October, 2024.
2. APU International Students Scholarships & Merit Awards: International students meet the minimum A-Levels/O-Levels/IB/12th grade score criteria. The scholarship waives a 5-30% discount in tuition fees depending on scores in certificates equivalent to high school. The application deadline is 31st December 2024.

Albukhary International University 

Albukhary International University is another excellent and famous university from Malaysia that not only accepts international students but also provides a good scholarship amount for bright domestic and international students to pursue their education. Albukhari University Malaysia Scholarship program is:

1. Albukhary International University: International students who are single and have a household income of less than $300 are eligible for this scholarship. The scholarship amount is RM 2,500 for the first year, including accommodation. 

However, as an international student, you must have at least a 70% score (or 2.80 CGPA) in Matriculation, Foundation, High School Diploma, or A-Levels. You must also show an English-language proficiency of 5.5 bands in IELTS (or 550 in TOEFL, 4.0 bands in MUET).

City University Malaysia

City University Malaysia is one of Malaysia's most popular and well-ranked universities. The university offers scholarships to both domestic and international students. Some of City University Malaysia's Scholarship programs are:

1. PostGraduate Research Scholarship: Domestic and international students having a good CGPA in Bachelor’s degree, meeting English language requirements, and currently enrolled in any postgraduate program are eligible. This scholarship program covers 100% of tuition fees for the program duration.
2. Vice-Chancellor Scholarship: Domestic and international students who completed a foundation program from City University are eligible for this scholarship program. This scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees for the first academic year.
3. CityU Scholarship for Outstanding Students: Local and international students currently enrolled in any undergraduate program with exceptional results are eligible for 80% of tuition fees waived off as a scholarship grant. The application deadline is usually after the commencement of the first semester of each academic year. 

International Islamic University Malaysia

International Islamic University Malaysia is a famous public university with six campuses in Malaysia. IIUM provides scholarships to both local and international students. Here are the fully-funded and partial-funded International Islamic University Malaysia Scholarships:

1. CPS Sejahtera Award: Both domestic and international students must be enrolled in a full-time postgraduate or doctorate program with at least a 3.50 CGPA in their previous to become eligible. For international students, the scholarship amount is not more than RM5,000 (per semester for a master's) and RM7,000 (per semester for a PhD).
2. Khair Award Assistance: Domestic and international students need a 3.5 or higher CGPA in their undergraduate or postgraduate program. Along with that, you also need an excellent CRA position with specific Islamic attributes to become eligible. 

Xiamen University

Xiamen University Malaysia is an international campus of China’s well-known public university, Xiamen University. Also, it was the first-ever international campus of any foreign university in Malaysia. Like many other universities, Xiamen University also grants local and international students scholarships. Some of Xiamen University Malaysia Scholarship programs are:

• XUM Merit Scholarship: This scholarship award is for domestic and international students. This scholarship applies to foundation and degree programs. However, the scholarship amount depends on your A grades in your UEC, SPM, or equivalent. 

• XMUM Progression Scholarship: International students currently enrolled in a foundation program can apply for this scholarship to pursue their degree program. However, one must have a CGPA higher than 3.0 to get a 25% waiver on tuition fees, while you need a 3.5 or higher CPGA to get a 100% waiver.
